Actually these two Nasheed Group and Singer came here for a big performance in International Islamic Fair which held in MATRADE Kuala Lumpur last week. I was firstly felt sad because I couldn't watch the live perfomance in Matrade because me myself had a performance in Penang. But then, Bro Firdaus the manager of UIAM nasheed group; Madani called me and said that Aashiq Ar-Rasul wanted to meet Inteam and Brother Nazrey Johani. That was a very good opportunity for us to meet them personally. Alhamdulillah, after appointment had been made, we went to Pan Pac (Now known as Seri Pacific) to meet this group in their hotel suite. I was a little bit nervous, but alhamdulillah these guys are very friendly. They are so big and tall that make me look like a kid.

They were so happy to meet brother Nazrey which they have met before in UK and they said that alhamdulillah Brother Nazrey is still alive. They actually planned to find out where is brother nazrey after he separated from Raihan. After some silaturrahmi and business chat, we brought this group to perform jumaah Prayer in Masjid Wilayah Kuala Lumpur. There, they took some photos and we bid farewell... In Masjid Wilayah, we also met with Brother Sam (Ex-PR of Raihan) who was a stage manager for the concert. He told us that Bro Al-Husayyan will be free after the concert until 2nd of Ogos and he planned to visit Cameron Highland...

I personally really want to meet Br. Al-Husayyan because I like his songs especially Sa'ir, Fi laylatin Minal Layaal and Mawlay. Unexpectedly, I got his phone number from Bro. Sam. I was so nervous to call him and I tried to arrange some simple arabic sentences to talk to him. Fortunately, when he answered my phone call, he spoke in English fluently... Alhamdulillah, he sounded so friendly in the phone. He was in Cameron Highland with his wife. We made an appointment to meet in KLIA the next day. So, we met in KLIA on the next day. Also came along with me Bro. Nazrey, Fairus and Frizdan. Bro. Muadz from Al Masaar who is also a friend of Al Husayyan also came by himself. Alhamdulillah as I expected, Al-Husayyan is very friendly. We chat for a while, my wife chat with his wife. Then, he got to check in. Before we bid farewell, Bro. Husayyan gave us his album in Cassete format because his CDs were out of stock.

These experiences were very special and unforgettable for me... Insya Allah, by Allah's will I hope will meet them again whether here in Malaysia or in their hometown far in UK or Kuwait... InsyaAllah....
